Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

My day is here

I got my 60 days notice today without replacement, I asked HR who will handle my case load, she said my leadership will figure it out. I am taking the remaining days of the year off under the unlimited R&R

Merry Xmas All! Signing off after 18 years of hard work and dedication.

There are multiple rounds of layoffs. There will be at least 2 more with end dates in March if not more.

Handing out layoff notices less than two weeks before Christmas - so sad. There are much better places out there and I wish you all good luck in finding that next opportunity!

Got mine today too. I am thrilled to be out but what a shame to feel that way after working your whole career for a company. They are pushing out their most loyal, experienced, and knowledgeable workers. This is what I wanted so I am happy... It's the ones left behind who are going to suffer most. But I feel bad for those in different circumstances who this is a real blow to. And delivering these messages less than 2 weeks before Christmas. It would almost be comical how Mr. Potter/Ebenezer Scrooge these f#*kers are if it weren't so tragic.

Yes I believe that to be true as well. I know for my platform, we’ve been on notice since the HR call back in October asking us to relocate. Just waiting for the final date. It is not just Precision.

So the remote associates are still on the chopping block I think.

To the person asking what division - From talking to people, ALL Divisions are impacted by the layoffs. The Layoff dates started with 12/28, 1/18 now February, and are now accelerating, the HR group has hundreds to over a thousand to give notice to. HR is doing a very poor job of it, and Immediate Leadership has Zero plans to know how to transition your work/skill set/resource capacity to those that remain.

February 15th? Apparently when they said it would be in the 1st quarter, they meant the day exactly in the middle of the quarter.

Did you at least get severance (2 weeks per year)?

Without replacement. Sounds like a lot of people, actually.
