Be careful what you wish for. RSUs have a vesting schedule and are worth zero dollars on day 1. So you have to stay in that dumpster fire to get anything. I assure you whatever amount is given out to those on the low end won’t be worth the price of your happiness or mental well being.

Yes. RSU have been cut to a lower fill rate. Which was odd considering how poorly the stock has performed. I would have anticipated a higher RSU payout to retain SOME talent given cash bonus is non-existent fill rate
