Do you think our clients have figured out that we have no resources left?

Bank customer here. Yes, yes we know. The FDR takeover of Fiserv has really hurt us, and even our customers. I have known some really good people at Fiserv over the years, and most of them are not there anymore. It is just so sad to see this happen.
I’ve had clients reach out randomly via LinkedIn because no one calls them back.
Just make a ticket and close it on their behalf.
Received a message from an old colleague that works at my old financial institution. They can’t get a response from Fiserv on their current issue and reached out to me as a last resort since they know I work for the company. If this isn’t telling, I don't know what is.
How embarrassing this is to see our clients suffering and we do nothing about it.
Many of our merchants have noticed on their end. We get asked who else can help with issues because it's outside the scope of our department. They reach out to us because we at least are quick to respond.
Many have, just due to the fact that support is impossible to come by. I've talked to several and have been asked "wtf is going on over there?" many many times.
If they haven't, they will on 2/15
Allegedly a few have reached out on this site trying to find help. If they're to be believed (anonymity and all) then its a hard YES.
