We aren't allowed to talk about it. If you do, you are written up or fired for not being a team player. Why would you want to be on a team that lies to their customers?

Worried! I had too much hope that everyone would learn from the shortcomings of Fall, but no luck. There's never enough planning in this company and way too much random acts off spontaneous thought, which rarely pays off.
Our contract is going into rfp and because of that they are expecting us to bust our behinds for them. Boundaries are unacceptable apparently, even just wanting the day after Christmas to rest since campus is closed is too much time not spent processing orders…we are gonna be out of a job by may so why would we keep trying? There’s no saving this sinking ship and we’ve all known that since may. Everyday my team (of now one person) and I talk about how much we lack the will to live because of this job. I’m just biding my time until I find something new. Which I hope is right before rush.
It's all falling apart and the Ivory Tower may say different, but they know the truth. I'm just waiting for inventory to see how much stuff walked out the door with so little employees to watch over the store with so many customers inside.
At this point I’m sitting back and watching it all burn around me. I’ve given my everything to this place for too many years. I’m tired of being told I’m not doing enough and need to do more. My ML and RM can kiss my a$$. I’m here for the tiny paycheck until I can find anything else that pays better. So I guess to answer the question, I’m feeling pretty d*mn good about winter rush! Time to open my bottle of scotch and enjoy each day as it passes.
