That consultants aren’t our golden goose? JD & Co, McKinsey, Bain et al, these people are at every company. They are NOT Nike ppl and don’t get what makes this place tick. If we want to be an average company then we should keep them coming. Asking this clown show what we should do is like asking a barber if you need a haircut. If they su-k at the haircut, they’ll say they and only they can fix it.
