All those people we cut to help the bottom line and now we’re having 30 to 40 people in our group traveling just to get some FaceTime. All this money in the budget for that but then to backfill so we actually have people who can help get this damn work done. Pathetic.

We traveled this year too. There's always money for the things they want.

I am also in Robertson org and we are so overwhelmed with work. None of us are engaged due to burnout and our leaders are so out of touch with how close those of us left are to walking out.
