Frank: Employees demanded we move to Berkeley Heights

[Frank] Bisignano said Fiserv was set on moving its FinTech hub to Morristown, which would be closer to their Parsippany office. However, during the pandemic, Fiserv employees experienced Round Table Studios and the amenities available at The Park and asked, "Can we move here?" Fiserv has invested $100 million in this new flagship location in Berkeley Heights.

FB's _extremely small package_ has become too much to take. Sad that he tries to make up for his inadequacy in the bedroom with his insane company policies. Just F'N sad. Can't wait for his jail term to begin when his policies shutdown the American economy when no money moves through electronic transfers.

the nj meet n greets are ending.
anecdotally; 1 in 50 making the move. the rest taking the $ and running, thinking that frank will dump them anyway within 2-years of moving.

Very sure it was a shady deal with FB being friends of the Connells.

BH is a 50+ year old building. It is a donkey with cheap lipstick on it.

They can't even fix the office spaces that are falling apart (looking at you Coral Springs).

Just one example: We still have bathroom stalls that are shut and still not fixed after a month since decommissioning them.

And here I thought WeWork was dead. Fiserv is putting the money into updating it's COEs with small work areas and sh---y chairs and not into it's infrastructure and systems are failing. Some have been alerting for over a year and nothing is being replaced.

How close is his local house from the office? Fairly sure that had more to do with this than any non-existent employee survey.

$100M spent and neglected to provide enough parking? That seems like a bone-headed move!

Dontcha know - our clients requested that we don't have adequate parking. And associates were demanding that we be packed into the office like sardines (aka optimal sickness transmission range)

What could management do except do what our clients & associates are demanding?
