Anyone know if the branch staff will be part of the RIF’s? Most branches work with a skeleton staff already. But rumors are floating around the branches of manager RIF’s and branch closures. I’m a branch employee and the environment is just sad. Our manager is always working and trying stay upbeat for our sake. We all know she really doesn’t want to lose another branch teammate. I honestly don’t think she has been told anything of the up coming changes. This is a very unhealthy environment. Like I said the rumors are floating around and leadership is not being transparent.
