If you've been let go, try calling HR - haha, on wait so far 25+ minutes... Can't get into workday externally because of password issue. HR has to re-set. Of course the instructions in the severance docs are not correct. I guess they're extra busy with all of us from yesterday...

HR has always been hard to reach - bet some of their line are turned off so that you have to WAIT - they don't want to answer your questions

HR has always been hard to reach and generally useless when you do. All they can do most of the time is create a case that might get a response in a couple weeks.
If you had prior external access to workday, do a "forgot password". It will prompt you for the security questions you setup then let you change passwords. You WILL need to know your old one (previously used - that no longer works) and create a new one.
That worked for me, but the SCH-Nnnxxxx format did not!!
And now HR is closed for a "group meeting. Please try your call again later."
