Branch FC laid off after they said no one in client facing roles would be impacted. Legacy green. I’m glad to be out of the toxic branch I worked in selling mediocre products.

Me too. Also was a green fc let go after being slated to move to level 2. I was blindsided. I’ve been in the top quartile for stack ranking the entire time I’ve been at the firm and no hr issues… just didn’t seem to make sense. Only thing I can think is that I’ve got unvested Schwab stock awards and they want to get rid of me in this first group so they can avoid paying them out in March… doesn’t make things look good for the rest of my team..

Same thing. They put me at a Level 2 based on TD production only to lay me off before I got any benefit of being a Level 2 FC.
