Health Services and Insurance on Shaky Ground
Optum, in the health services sector, has flagged another RIF. Meanwhile, health insurance giants Anthem Inc. and Humana Inc. are facing financial turbulence. While Anthem's discussions around layoffs and "adjustments" are ongoing, Humana has highlighted a recent RIF, with a looming 30% budget cut before 2024.

30% is A LOT. Perhaps all the big wigs need to be capped at total compensation of 200k. Now that would save some cash!!!
