What would be the best bet for a work from home nursing role within the company least likely to be taken over by AI/overseas? Appeals RN? Quality review? Any areas that haven't gone totally to sh-t and still have jobs they like with adequate staff/leadership? Trying to figure out next moves for just in case I'm replaced with a bot or overseas staff to get the longest amount of time before having to leave the company.

Eventually, most nurse jobs will go offshore. This includes all of these wonderful case management programs that we have.
