@1ywc+1pl7AjyG, You’re absolutely right. We have lost so many good, caring leaders over BB’s tenure. Leaders that embody the values that make a great company. I’m not sure what the future holds, but agree that transparency can get you walked out.
You must not have been here when BB first came to Humana. Senior leaders did speak out. They were fired. Speak out and you’re gone. They’re not going to help.
