I hope I’m wrong but with all the RIFs and RTO 5 days a week, no bonus, etc. I would not be surprised sadly if a teammate or teammates snaps and goes off the deep end. I hope I’m wrong of course, but this is the world we live in and it’s only getting worse

We haven't been expected to do a 5 day RTO, just 3 days. I totally agree with the security issues though. It's always a concern when a company treats its employees with a callous disregard, ignoring that they have families and responsibilities, letting them wonder if they'll have a job tomorrow.
A career minded person is not about to sc--w their life and others over a layoff or rto. We all have the ability to get another job and keep working till we get what we want.
If you're childish enough to turn to violence over something so trivial, then do us a favor and gtfo
It may be coincidence but they are adding badge swipes for elevators and I sense there have been more security at HQ this week.
Gosh, the trolls are busy dropping bait posts. If not, grow up.
No AIP in March
What bonuses are you speaking of? AIP or some other department/job specific bonus?
This return to the office stuff is likely one person posting over and over. Unless the information is being held at a 2 down from CEO level at this time.
There will be some sort of bonus I’m sure - you know EL will find a way to authorize something as they won’t go home empty handed
How do we know there will be no bonus?
I hope this doesn't happen but guaranteed management will say it aligns with the industry.
The Peaceful Pill Handbook is a great resource. It details painless, quick and peaceful ways to go out. Look up Nitrogen Exit Bag.
