So, it’s looking like the slow boil that is the Nike employee dynamic has resulted in a ridiculous toxic stew of ineffectual holdouts and leftovers with a few dedicated, competent folks sprinkled in between -and drowning.
Competitors on your tail John? Look who’s commanding those ships? Former Nike crew who were passed over, abused and subjected to managers and colleagues who were more worried about kissing azz than bringing disruptive innovation. A Phil sand Mark, sharpen your axes and aim high. Otherwise,those capable pirates you created and shed will sink your ship. They have a debt to collect.A higher bar than nepotism, azz kissers or UofO grads or Stanford MBA muppets needs to be established or you’re done. And it will be nobody’s fault but your own.
