Make your voices heard in Glassdoor. I see many employees from Pune completing 5 star surveys but this isn't surprising. Remember that Glassdoor feedback is anonymous.

But you have to provide your work email to sign up for Glassdoor. Not a fan of that.
Why are feedback from a third world country allowed? This is poisonous.
