Have to show up to office 3 days a week

Swipe in and do not swipe out.
Never keep personal items in work space such as photos or cups etc. It makes evacuation a lot easier. It's basically a temp job and nonstop firings.
Here to confirm what the last poster said, they are now looking into tracking your on-prem network connectivity (thanks to the aholes that scan their badge and walk right back out). There hasn't be a 3 day per week requirement called out yet, but wouldn't be surprised if they enforce that.
Was this stated in a meeting because they really don't need your badge swipes because they are unreliable. Associates can easily swipe in and then leave. What is being tracked is your laptop connection to the onsite wifi connection. It tracks your ip location and how long you are on site and your laptop and phone automatically connect to it soon as you enter the building.
If you swipe your badge to say you are onsite and then leave and go home your connection stops soon as you leave the campus and your ip picks up at home or where ever you log back in. That is how you are being tracked in terms of coming into the office.
Part of their stack ranking metrics to layoff. Those working remotely with no office location for their state and city are especially at risk.
They're threatening people to show up or will use badge swipes again't them.
Who had to show up 3 days a week? Or are you saying people will have to show up 3 days per week... 🤔
Those who dont take heed will be the next to go
