Certain areas (FTS and possibly others) has WFH allowances whereas others (most of Fiserv) does not.

There are some folks in GBS who have been allowed to remain remote for years, but new requests from others to go remote are denied. It's a good way to build resentment among employees. I do wonder how those who are still allowed to stay remote managed to negotiate their way into that arrangement. The RTO push has felt incredibly fierce for most, and it's hard to believe that the few holdouts are going to be permitted to remain remote indefinitely.
They are decommissioning the banking products one at a time. They don't want you to flee before they are ready to force you to quit.
