I am so tired of all these associate meetings we are having, pumping their chest while people attending are being laid off or will be “safe for now.”
Pump your chest Senior Management- you are NOT helping Clients or the dependable people who’ve worked hours/years to “deliver to our Clients.”
You are no longer “ investing in Clients “ or dedicated employees.

There are times where even Frank doesn't seem to mesh with what is being said. You can tell from his body language and when he rambles.

Follow leadership's plan. They know what they are doing. If they do not actually know what they are doing, then allow them to learn from their mistakes. Stop saving them from their own failure.
I never attend these calls. I am at BH, I work on my projects for my MBA. I will be out when I graduate. At least I am able to work on all my classes during the day at work. F FB!
You have a job, correct?

Then do your job, go home and chill.
No need to get your blood boiling for something you can't control.
It's all part of the propaganda machine and it's running overtime.
I guess they think if they say it enough it will be true!
