You do know that Humana doesn’t tax your bonus right? Bonuses are taxed ~40% by the government, Humana has no say in that.
Gut marketing leadership. Everyone at AVP level and higher. Let them be gone! Maybe that way, we can end the cliques from the top.
I would like to see all upper leaders compensation packages capped. None of these people should be making over a couple million. And benefits should be exactly the same as front line employees. And lastly, the CEO should spend a year actually working as the bottom.
Get a reliable IT department
Job security? Raises? Bonuses that aren’t taxed to death?
Meet the new boss. Same as the old boss.
I wish he wouldn’t change absolutely everything, but you know he will. I worry for us.
