Client calling saying their credit card declined. No reason for it. While it was being checked another commercial client called with the same issue. Long story short…… mo--ns at Truist coded all commercial credit cards holders as deceased and transactions declined. No warning. Customers told “you have to do a new paper application.” BS. No one takes responsibility. Someone somewhere screwed up.

How is experience design responsible for pi-s poor coding and no QA?
Jay Poole lol, definition of failing your way up.
I blame it on the Experience Design folks. They didn't do a complete system analysis, and did "art" instead.
Jay Poole led the TSYS card implementation and is now a DCIO. Kelly has been here little over a year and came in as a grade 116 and now got promoted to a DCIO and will cards will move under her. Kelly has 20 years of experience at AMEX and an MBA from a leading university in Kansas. All of the card issues will be resolved under her leadership.
Why expect anything else at this point?????
To correct the cashier check fiasco, it wasn’t 60,000 checks. It was almost 6000. Still makes it a fiasco, but important for facts to be out there.
Someone is sabotaging from within. FBI needs to intervene.
@pkl+1pfCUqzz. This would be a civil issue. Regardless, did you see anyone in EL or those on the BoD from Merrill Ly--h, Bear Stearns, et al get sued or in jail? Nope. Old Stan O’Neill went to serve on the BoD of Alcoa.
Also had a counter check declined for “stop payment”. This bank is a joke.
One sc--w up after another. You’d think someone EL would comment but instead it’s “crickets”.
Someone needs to go to prison for this
Haha, put in a new application. SunTruist might not be in business by the time that card is issued.
Chris Ward and his dream team at it again.

I'm gonna set it straight, this Watergate..."
Last week Truist put a stop payment on a counter check we used to buy a car. Come to find out it happened to 6,000 people that day, not just us. WTH is happening at Truist?
