I believe that invite is only for people leaders. Not invidual contributors. So if you didn't get it then it doesn't mean your gone. I believe if you got it it means someone on your team is gone.
Is the private appointment in the afternoon - you might be safe when they announce who was let go that morning - or it could be them calling your number - you didn't really expect anything but crickets from your MD did you?
