Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

ABCDEF the EC and the EC Glint question

And upper management. They have NO loyalty to you. Answer 1 or a 5, they have NO accountability.

At the 11/16 EC Townhall ask the EC how they will address the EC Glint question. No one will ask and none of the EC will answer. It’s a throw away question, there is NO accountability attached to it.

But there will be huge accountability to driving efficiency gains, already hearing that in Ops, but will Jason be accountable? Nope, not at all, the mid-et muppet will limbo to the next set of cuts.

Again, answer 1 or answer 5 to the EC question, they will do NOTHING. ABCDEF the EC.

@2ime+1pd0Mws8 You are right - don't fill out the survey till you figure our if you still have a job - if they ask why you haven't filled it out - state that fact - how can they expect glowing reviews when they are holding people/lives hostage

I am not replying to the latest Glint survey until I know if I am laid off or not. The idea they could somehow carve out the responses from those they lay off or use the responses from those laid off as an excuse for their poor scores, it bugs me.

Anyone who thinks surveys, exit interviews, 360 reviews or other feedback mechanisms result in material change is deluded.

The Glint surveys may be the worst. They constructed the questions a year ago, failed to define the who in the question be it manager, officer, or leadership. I know, leadership… lol…
