JD has decided we need to be at work and because HR messed up the 3/2 MM was quick to say we are dropping the hammer on people who don’t comply. They are creating ways to monitor like badge records, VPN and such. Remember the people they had walking around the buildings with IPads? Tracking peoples office time. Activity sensors have been placed in my area in offices and conference rooms. MM is taking the approach instead of just having great management who can manage people. It’s bizarre

@7pxi How do you do fellow kids? I mean… How do you do fellow employees? 🤣
Girl. If you saw attendance data that means you’re in HR. ☠️🤣
So HR messed up the 3:2, how? I think we as employees did. If people would have come in, I have seen the data, then 3:2 would have remained. When you walk through a majoriy of buildings on a Wednesday and you see 10-12 people on a floor that holds 100+ that doesn't screem we are doing what we are asked to do (while getting paid well).
Don't forget that each device at Nike also has a keylogger so every letter you type is being recorded. It's been like that for ages. Why do you think that everyone in CIS is carrying 2 mobile phoned?
Network usage & badge swipes have been monitored for ages. Occupancy sensors in offices are just low res/non-identifiable tracking of how space is being used (or not). None of this is new. Maybe showing up to WHQ and understanding how big companies work would benefit OP to make it in corporate America.
LOL! Nike has been monitoring laptap usage for a long time. If some of you knew what Nike already knows about your work habits you’d have a heart attack.
JD needs his megachurch
Why not just add time card machines so people can clock in and out?
Ok but why would Nike want to pay for a beautiful campus for only ETW’s to show up? Occupancy planning routinely performs space audits to gauge the use of a space. This isn’t new at all. They were performed pre-Covid, during the pandemic and post pandemic.
I had one of those people walking around the office, ask me my name and badge number! They said they were just space planners but I think it’s way more!
Reminder for remote workers to buy a mouse jiggler and setup a scheduled script that generates some network traffic.
