We've all heard the complaints, yet many of you openly discuss how financially prepared you are for retirement. So, why continue to occupy positions that make you unhappy. They are not going to give you a golden parachute.

Thank you for contributing to the rampant ageism in the workplace. I need to work for health insurance otherwise I would have been out of here a long time ago.

maybe those at age 62.5 still need to provide healthcare for themselves and retired partner.....

Just like everyone else, they should stick around and see if they are laid off with the severance package, especially if they raise their hand to their manager to Kay them off. Quite honestly though, the only people getting laid off in the next year are the remote employees outside a hub.
