Hey all! Any insight into the deadline for choosing COBRA and the cessation of our benefits?

If you're talking about extended benefits after a layoff, it's 6 months. After that you can get Cobra for up to 12 months.

COBRA is a rip-off. You're far better off financially by enrolling in the ACA exchange. In the states where it's fully implemented the cost is remarkably low, and the coverage is far better than one might think.

But if you're in a state where the ACA isn't implement, you may well be boned.
