They just don't get that things have changed. They already have staffing issues. So how does someone think, I know how to make things better, tell everyone they have to be in the office.

I heard they flash hired anyone to get them into seats before the end of the year in Nebraska. Now we get to train them. Good thing choice won't automatically trigger a 60 day countdown.
