@OP+1pYacH6y This sounds like great excuse to convert those smb accounts with less than 10 lines to consumer. On an unrelated note, Oh look at all these consumer line adds!
@1jla+1pYacH6y hold disconnects? For phone lines or other products? How are they expecting you to hold a customer who is porting out?
Shrinkflation has hit the big red. Take everything out of the plans and charge the same and/or more for them...Cut costs to keep the bottom line stable...no matter what that cost is. Wait until deflation comes, you will see a true sh-t show...
Also announcing internally that we have to hold disconnects until our VP approves them. My suspicion is that means they’ll be held until January. The shadiness of our leadership continues. Sure it benefits us in sales, but it sounds like we’ll be telling those in other departments the same thing. First we had RIFs where we aren’t told why and now this. Little faith left in leadership.
