all of this sounds like the rubbish that the awkward Tracey lady was spewing recently.....part of the new buzzword initiative .... she's the probable cause for this as she tries to make her mark

In our LOB there is already compulsory coaching for all, all staff are already categorized on four levels from Tin to Platinum based on performance. It's grim and isn't increasing performance as the coaches are coaching people to game the system to increase numbers leading to lower performance then before it was brought in.
Oh and in the same set of rumors: mandatory rto three days a week.
