Alt take… cuts are overdue

too much bloat, too many years of inflated performance ratings while doing mediocre work, too much product, too little innovation… it’s too much. For the remaining, it’s half time.. ask your self… does my work add value, if the honest answer isn’t a hard yes then it’s not too early to start looking .

Too much yes man bullsh-t with no real decisions! Leaders all try and sell to each other instead of sitting down and aligning on critical business decisions with tangible outcomes! They don’t know how to empower their teams because they don’t know how to coach and develop talent and their egos are so big they want to control everything and hoard work to empire build, while pointing the finger at everyone else when sh-t doesn’t prove an ROI. They refuse to listen to anyone who asks critical questions. If you do, they start excluding you from the party! Zero accountability. I know we are a marketing company but we can’t be ALL FLUFF and no fire!
