Just announced that Suzan Kereere is leaving Fiserv at the end of the month and being replaced by Jenn LaClair.
Suzan just had a town hall Thursday. Any insight why the sudden departure as head of GBS?

a huge loss for Fiserv, no candy coating ---- Jenn I am sure is a nice person but isn't one tenth of Suzan's knowledge and leadership. Another great job by Frank!

She was the best leader that this company has seen, I’ll miss her dearly and I’m cautiously optimistic about her replacement. She was way to good for us from the beginning and it was only a matter of time before she found something more stimulating.

that has to be a major win win for her: disengaging from what must have been a hugely disappointing move to the land of frankincense (it always takes a while to figure out exactly where you’ve landed, even if you’re a high-level player) and moving after fewer than 3 probably nightmarish years to a company that has a future (or, at the very least, has a hope of one).
i bet many of us would have hopped out a while back had we known then what we know now.
