A month ago we were told the emu Medicare unit was being dissolved for inpatient work. There were to be little to no changes. The changes were to be positive. More pro, better chance to improve job standing , and advancement. a week later a letter came as an email with FAQ. One thing that stuck out. With any change in structure there will be layoffs. Oh were does this fit with better. So today
I was terminated. Fortunately with severance and encouragement to apply for other jobs in the company. Being told I am a valued employee and not alone in layoff. Anyone else with me here on the layoff. I work remote in PA.

I too, was told I’m welcome to apply for any other jobs for which I might qualify. But have you tried doing that? It does not work. You cannot sign in.
Severance in hand book is one week for every yr. I just started my 2nd yr. I was told 2 weeks

Severance package is real. I’ve been laid off before from molina. Sorry this happened to you. It’s unfair!!!! This company has done this before!!!
Yes. I was laid off Monday from them along with many others today. I wouldn’t trust the severance package until I see it, to be honest.
