I'm shocked they didn't wait until December 24. We have sadistic leadership, apparently, so it wouldn't come as a surprise.

There is no good time to do layoffs. End of story. Also, don’t assume you have all the facts and sh-t post without context.
As I learn more about who was let go, it’s becoming clear someone was targeting a few folks. Unfortunate leaders don’t dig in to facts, leverage diverse talent, and require some inclusion to new teammates before taking peoples word for who should stay and go.
