Right but, you’re still wrong. CenterWell was not around at that time. The pharmacy entity was but CenterWell is bigger than just the pharmacy. Try to be more clear so not to stress people out
I'm speaking on the pharmacies - what WalMart is interested in.
The CenterWell stand alone health centers were not built until recently.
@2zcy+1pSHgIaR - CenterWell DID exist, it has just changed names over the years. When I first started it was RightSource then we changed to Humana Pharmacy to what is now known as CenterWell.
I've been around long enough to know what I'm talking about. Thank you.
“Cigna will take the MA business side and Walmart will take CenterWell. Cigna already has ExpressScripts and doesn't need CW. We tried to spin off CW to Walmart back in 2018 during the Aetna deal too.”
Except….Centerwell didn’t exist until 2021/2022. So, above statement isn’t true.
Cigna will take the MA business side and Walmart will take CenterWell. Cigna already has ExpressScripts and doesn't need CW. We tried to spin off CW to Walmart back in 2018 during the Aetna deal too.
Perhaps Humana is splitting up? Divesting the PBM to Walmart would clear any antitrust overlap with Cigna making the acquisition of Humana easier to complete.
I completely agree much easier for Walmart to buy or merge with Humana. might be a better deal for everyone.
Walmart would be smart. More relevant to the members across the board, especially marginalized members.
Walmart deal would be easier for them
