Hearing a lot of people are getting different separation dates. Mine is a month longer than someone else I work with. Wonder what decides that.

Folks getting separation date in feb or march should get job proactively and leave immediately and watch how the TU suffers, since they are only kept for knowledge transfer and since they are given so late separation date, I can't imagine the amount of knowledge they are holding.
@kei+1pPxZQIg, if someone has been let go but they are kept around because of a dependent project do you really think they will have the motivation to complete it?
