Had my meeting this morning with an svp and an hr rep and a handful of others. The two were reading off a script and looked completely devoid of emotion (maybe tried a little to look sad)? The call had all participants on mute while they stated that our roles were eliminated and that there will be a severance package based on level and role, cobra coverage and career/employment assistance offered. We all are not told when our last day is. Our last day as well as our severance details will be divulged in an email being sent at EOD. It’s disgusting that they’re handling it this way, I am not surprised though.

I am on medical leave and was notified today was my last day.
@edv+1pP93d5D Don’t. These people chose a career where delivering bad news is part of the job. If they didnt like it they’d leave. They’ve had a month to pack up after the RTO circus. HR is now one of the most untrusted teams in the organization. Any that stay after this are part of the TU sc--w of 2023. Shame on them.

I honestly feel bad for the HR reps. They don’t want to be in this position of delivering the same bad news over and over again.
ah man I can't watch this theatrical sad expressions on CEO on announcement day and today SVP. BTW did Mr. Cartwright took any pay cuts for his pathetical moves from past years? These were the guys who has to resign to their positions. They made teams work on something for an year and totally scrapped it for a new shiny project to announce it to share holders.
Management is so Disgusting, while they announce termination we are not alowed to talk or even chat. Why TF you even bring up a meeting, why not just send an email and done with it. Pathetic management.
Some GT teams was done in mass. We can even see everybody else on the call. It was 5mins long and they read from a script. They definitely tried to look sad but failed.

Mine was one on one. So I guess some are being done in mass?
