Thread regarding TransUnion layoffs

Seriously. NeuterStar. We need a history lesson.

Who at TU found this pig, chose the lipstick it would wear to OUR prom, and sold it as the Prom Queen? You promised prosperity. You lied.

What was the language of that acquisition? Who is directly responsible?

TU: "We want to buy you."
N: "OK, but you're out of cash, so the price is north of $3B and N controls everything moving forward."
TU: "Sounds great. We hate being compliant anyway, almost as much as we hate our people more. Where do we sign?"

Its bull sh-t strategy to buy Neustar with $3B cash in Dec-2021; knowing Fed is going to act on inflation and economy slowdown. They got tons of contractors behind the door and made money from commissions. God cant save this company. Dont believe onedev or onetru its all fake to mint money and make company to fall deep roots

Pre-dated Neustar. Try Rise. We were celebrating go-live for handfuls of applications that aren't taking prod workloads or resulting in any draw down of on-prem assets/resources. Laughable.
