Low relocation % is a huge understatement. They want to force people who make money to quit. No one in their right minds would have expected the vast amount of people to move, so it’s obvious they just wanted people to quit.

Seeing over the last two years it’s even crazier to expect people to move, seeing how they treat everyone.

If I’m not mistaken, the number of those choosing to relocate is coming in significantly lower than what SR leaders had hoped. Why they had such high expectations no idea, product of the vacuum they live in I guess

Yes one would be foolish to believe the lies of this company and relocate. Unless you have other plans to find another company once you’ve moved and are just using Fiserv to get to another city.

This can't be overstated.....FISERV DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS EMPLOYEES. If you take a relocation package, it's a gamble. There is no guarantee that they'll retain you, or won't tell you to relocate again in six months.

Fiserv, and by Fiserv I mean Frank and his lackeys, tries to put contingencies in place to make sure YOU won't leave, like claw back measures on "bonuses" or relocation money. But you have ZERO contingencies. They can RIF you at will, and they will if they think there is money in it for them.

If you roll the dice, well, good luck. I'd never move for these guys. It's a fools errand.

Great article. Those of you that were given the option to relocate please read this article. I understand you want the best for yourself and those of you with families, but this sounds like a terrible situation to be in.
I know for a TRUE FACT this has happened to some close people I’ve worked with that relocated to BH, NJ from another state !!
