Negotiating severance package?

Any one planning to negotiate severance? Could you list what you will be negotiating for and what strategy to use to influence in your favor?

Consult an employment lawyer. Please, it's free.

I see we have a TruSpy in our midst. You forgot the 3rd option. It's in the last paragraph of this article:

https://www.consumerfinance.gov/about-us/newsroom/cfpb-charges-transunion-and-senior-executive-john-danaher-with-violating-law-enforcement-order/

It's an oldie, but a goodie, but I especially appreciate that part where it mentions that TU made THREE BILLION in 2021. Pop Quiz: N* Purchase Price and Date? Just curious.

"Digital Dark Patterns"
"Deceptive Marketing"

Rose are Red.
Violets are blue.
I'll take option 1.

I don’t know how or what you think you could get? They offered what’s been published on the Hub to the letter.

Don't forget your attorney is going to get a piece of the action also. Better run the numbers to see if it's feasible.

You have options

  1. Take the severance offered
  2. Be terminated with no severance.

This is not a negotiable transaction.

Would probably help to know where the bodies are buried. Which laws are intentionally being bent, broken, and bypassed. If that were the case, I would certainly advise that your attorney do the negotiating.
