Today morning in the US multitude of people (including whole teams with Directors) in CX SaaS were laid off. They got 12 min meetings in the morning and were let go on the spot.
Got meeting group meeting scheduled today, so may be we survived and will get more details. There were no prior rumors in our department, so it seemingly comes from nowhere.

CX and HCM got pinched? What areas of HCM? Hadn’t heard that yet
CX, ERP the entire SAAS Organization is poorly run by folks with inflated titles and bigger egos. The decline started long time back, it's more pronounced now. Do we have latest numbers? I am hearing of large number of folks being let go in IDC and HQ.
“ By next year only folks left in CX org will be VPs with their favorite title”
Especially RT because he’s best buds with SM. He’s mostly to blame for all of this yet they keep him steering the ship, failure after failure and sinking revenue
I have become numb now about layoffs in CX.
By next year only folks left in CX org will be VPs with their favorite title.
Corp greed..
Did CX Sales get hit in NA? Heard they had another bad quarter.
Nice xmas present from LE & SC!
Is it in CX SaaS dev or pm or support team? Clarify please..
Eh, I made it through today.
If I make it through 3 more days, I figure I am safe - at least until the end of the year.
Directors are the easy target. Unless you have 50 reports you are toast.
Can someone provide more details ? Are the numbers similar to last year ?
Not just CX SaaS. HCM SaaS got pinched too!
Under who is CX SAAS ? What do they do ?
India was hit as well for CX SaaS. Engineers were laid off.
With the engineers that have been RIF'd it makes you wonder how can they actually deliver anything with the gaps they have now left. I'm in shock with some of the hard working Engineers and some of the directors that got hit today. Its like they just want it to fail.
it's still happening right now. so far I heard a couple directors axed and teams disbanded - moved around. not clear toll on common engineers yet. may be it's that "flattening the org" rumored recently?
