Anyone thinking about filing a lawsuit? Being left in the dark not knowing whether we're going or staying is driving us mad

I would think it also matters what HR has you sign at the time of layoff
I’m also wondering the same thing about their smaller locations across the U.S… between remote workers and handfuls of people from smaller offices… they may have found a loophole to not have to file?
Do remote workers count as being part of the main office in Chicago or is their home considered their location? That could be a big factor in terms of whether they need file a WARN if they specifically target more remote workers even though the Q&A doc said they weren’t. (Which I don’t trust at all )
Kinda makes you wonder then if they are just going to lay off who they need to to save their own behinds and pay the penalties for skipping filing a WARN. At this point nothing would surprise me.
Doesn’t even seem like “transunion” is on warntracker.com, unless I’m searching the wrong thing?
If you go to warntracker.com you can search companies and all states. Nothing shows up for TU at the moment.
what about texas and florida? have they filed anything there?
I don't know what grounds a class action would have at this point. It's worth noting TU still has not filed a warn notice https://www.illinoisworknet.com/LayoffRecovery/Pages/WARN%20Layoff%20Search.aspx . Either they aren't laying off enough TU people in Illinois to hit the threshold or there's an issue that could be brought to the labor board.
