Anyone impacted will receive the same appointment including the subject and email body.
The meeting with the manager/director will be scripted and HR will then provide all details on severance
I wonder how this meeting will look if your leader is also getting sacked? Do they just tell the "leaders" later? Or will your invite look like a meeting with HR and a skip level leader?
