If there is any common sense left at TU, first ones to go will be the redundant VP, Senior Directors, Directors who add no value to anything and taking fat salary checks
Only SVP’s have the list. The Biggest cuts are going to be VP’s/Sr Dir/Directors in the US. GCC’s are safe for now, until they get rearranged to match/fall under the Neustar offshore Hubs. The Original Cut List was extrapolated from a Critical Employee/Resource list from March/23 (those on the list are 100% safe).
SVP’s have the ability to Veto/replace those on the list .
None of the lists are final yet . Things are very much in Flux . There is a possibility that actual cuts may not happen till next year. So if you’re worried, interview away and get the fu-k off this sinking ship …
So even directors do not know what is going on with the RIF? Has any director been approached by senior management to decide whom to cut?
I did get a response Friday and again on Monday regarding RTO appeal. Just a generic message with a rejection. Felt like they did not actually care to look into the circumstances of the appeal. And with all this, it makes sense why.
Don’t forget - the final review and decision regarding peoples’ appeals to the RTO policy was supposed to be delivered last Friday by EOD and that didn’t happen, either.
Kinda feels like w’re not going to get any word until it’s the final word.
