Banking associates, you are literally in control if all of you leave the same day or demand Frank Bagadonuts to leave with the board! The decision is yours.

I blew out the door 2 years ago. Place had the writing on the wall… was time to depart like it or not.
Currently remote (yes, still) and couldn’t be happier.
Best wishes to all this holiday. If you’re looking it will work out. If Frankie Boi laud you off it will seem difficult but it be all right afterwards.
Happy holidays to all.
Oh, banking solutions folks don’t have to do anything but sit back and watch the show. Between major outage incidents, unplanned freezes, support teams that lack the knowledge to help clients so PS/Prod Dev teams have to take up the work, and new cyber/clarity/reporting process every other week, we just do what we can while watching deconversion numbers rise and clients delay signing new projects. Everyday is just a new chapter is “Operations ClusterF..k.” We given up on improving morale and just gone to coaching of “Its Fine.”
Give up the union talk. Best we could hope for is a blue flu day or two.
Make it happen pick a day!
I couldn't even get a single person to suggest a way we might get in touch to start getting list of supporters together so we could get a union to work with us.
FB played his cards well everyone is too afraid to do anything...
I’m happier I simply left. Happy holidays to all.
If we all leave then we don't have any power for change because we already would have left. We would have to organize as one group of people, and then collectively bargain to have Frank leave on the threat of all associates leaving. But joining people together in some form collection of employees would have to happen first.
Good luck with AI Fiserv documentation is so poor its bound to be full of incomplete responses. My bet even mining the source code without business and process knowledge will be of little help.
And of course everything done at fiserv is half a $$ and is underfunded. As for execution halfway through leadership will pull the plug firing all the consultants and anyone with a clue of what they are doing due to the cost.
