Seems GCC India had a townhall and they received the same message from senior management and the townhall went for 2 minutes. The GCC folks are also worried that their positions will be impacted because of NeuStar guys.
The biggest blunder in TU's history is acquisition of NeuStar.

Seems odd that anyone in GCC should be worried but given the huge failure in messaging on this, nothing would surprise me.
