I’m confused with different emails from each leader yesterday. Jane’s email said next announcement will be in early 1Q24, vs. other leaders’ email said they’ll announce next updates soon and finalize all at end of 1Q24.
Are we still at risk to be laid off in Dec? I wish they provided some clear communication. It’s so hard to plan vacation like this..
They don’t ever tell you names of who was laid off, unless it’s very high ranking senior. For MDs, if it impacts your team, you’ll be told. Otherwise no. It’s never something they list out in an email to everyone.
When will we know if our roles are changing? One of emails mentioned that.

@klz+1pHSNf5L But will different businesses now make their announcements in their own time or will the next level EMT-3 be announced on the same date in January similar to how we got yesterdays announcement?
If the aim is for the majority of announcements to be made by end of Jan 24 with the final confirmation by the end of Q1 there is a LOT of work to be done over the next month or two. For the amount that has been announced so far Vs the amount that still has to be announced they are moving at a worryingly slow pace.
As the emails say... end of Q1 is the end date for all business lines.
Every business will have their own time frames as each change could have an impact on other teams structures so it takes time to work through.
It's not a matter of just running down a list!
