Anyone want to speculate on what’s around the corner once those that accepted “early retirement “ are tabulated? Or perhaps someone here actually knows what’s going to happen, just like the person that spilled the tea about the early retirement offering.

So if RIFs are next, when do you think those will happen and do we think they will keep the current package of 2 weeks per year of service or will they cut that to a flat rate of 4 weeks, 8 weeks, etc. I can see humana really butchering it since future reductions are probably going to be significant.
