Is it Corporate? Shills? The new and incredibly terrible overseas customer service department?

Interesting... I always saw all the downvoting as a sign that the information on this website is most likely true otherwise why would the company put any effort into voting? Just means the info struck a cord and it's all factual and they don't want you to know. But that's literally everything at this company isn't it? All smoke and mirrors. How much do you make on 1 sale? Not allowed to know, we use a sales bucket.

It's clearly HR and Verizon Managers doing all the down voting. I mean only a total tool can't figure out that VZ HR and corp read the Layoff! Of course they do! The know where this website is just like everyone else does!

So much this.

For a year, my supervisor and leadership teams had been telling us how much better the PSOs were than us and then we got to the new service model training and come to find out they perform almost 10 points lower than we do.

All the while, the domestic home based employees are systematically being demoralized.

And yeah, I am also one of the folks that "Educates and Empowers" our PSOs before they transfer the customer to me to fix it in 5 minutes, usually I'm around the 6th person the customer has talked ro.

If there was a real effort to downvote or upvote people it would be thousands.

Why would it matter anyways? upvotes and downvotes are completely meaningless on thelayoff.

My money is on the new vendors. A couple of them even posted some nasty sh-t about our customers deserving the d-mbassery they pulled on them, but who knows. It could just be some PR boys doing their job. Down vote all you want it ain’t gonna stop people from posting and it won’t stop Verizon’s fall as the premium carrier.

At this point I see my job as rescuing customers from the new customer service, I just hope they get to me before our new and much better teams can mess up their accounts.
