Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

This place su-ks

What worked yesterday will not work today, what works today will not work tomorrow. I can't even enter my time as they can't create a new Clarity project. How hard can that be?

I wonder why there is no rule stating: If you don't have clarity project assigned to you means you cannot work on given task, enjoy your free time in the office.

Rather than have one person learn how to create Clarity reports properly, they will have 44,000 employees change how they enter time into Clarity. Maximum inconvenience is the Fiserv Way!

To be fair, Clarity su-ked long before FB took over.

Heck if my last girlfriend su-ked half as much as this place does we'd probably still be together.

Yes. And Fiserv will ignore their suggestions because that is how this always works.

The consulting company (Photon) thayvwe retained will show us how to correct our mistakes at Fiserv. Nothing but bright, sunny days ahead I hope.

Fiserv is a dumpster fire. I cannot wait to bail out of this disaster. If you are a client, get good legal counsel, you are going to need it.

I'm wondering if Fiserv could even complete a simple project. One that had only one task, connect the dots where there's only two dots. Unfortunately they would still get this wrong and label both dots as 1 and take years to figure out what went wrong only to give up and move on to the project. Spend years trying to decide what color ink to use or maybe even use a pencil. Dot 1* *Dot1

Fiserv is obsessed with security and faceless process. Security is important, of course, but it’s not planned sufficiently or executed effectively. We are therefore continuously prevented from doing our work. The objective seems to be “if nobody can access anything then, phew, we must be secure”. On the process front, the other day I had to open a ticket to find out what ticket I really needed to open! FF$
