Anyone looking to get rehired by CVS, be careful what you apply for because I found out today from a recruiter that if you get an offer and decline it if it’s too low that you can lose your severance because you declined the offer.

Only the Koolaid drinkers would want to go back. Worst company to work for at all levels
If the job and pay is not comparable to the role eliminated, you would not lose severance if you decline an offer. I’m not interested in going back, EVER! Terrible
experience, worst of them all!! Don’t want to give them any of my future business or trust them with my healthcare needs, either! Run!!!
Why would you want to go back to that dumpster fire??
Hopefully, one already has an idea of the compensation before getting to that point in the interview process.
